YOUR PORTRAITS ARE READY!

First, do a little happy dance…
then, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Access the gallery

Click the gallery button below.

You’ll be prompted to enter:
• Your email address
• Gallery password: chns26

Please use an email you check regularly — this is where all reminders and updates will be sent.

STEP 2: Find your child’s photos

Once inside the gallery:
• Select your child’s class
• Click into their personal album

Your child’s album password is their birthday in MMDD format (month + day)

Example:
March 5 → 0305

2) Print Orders must be placed by end of day Sunday, April 12.  Once you’ve viewed the gallery, you will get email reminders before the gallery expires.

Print orders cannot be placed after April 12th, digital orders, however, will be open until the gallery closes on May 31st.

STEP 3: Place your order

💻 Digital images will remain available until May 31, 2026

You’ll receive reminder emails before deadlines so you don’t miss anything.

STEP 4: Receive your photos

• Prints will be delivered to the school a few weeks after the print deadline
• Digital images will be sent to the email address used at checkout and available for download shortly after purchase

• If using Apple Pay, be sure your email address is up to date — your digital images will be sent there
• Check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see your email right away
• Be sure to download your images as soon as possible, as the download link will expire

Helpful Tips for Ordering

I recommend ordering on a computer vs. a phone.

You can 100% order photographs from your phone while waiting in the car line at school. However, if you are interested in prints, or really want to look at fine details, I recommend ordering on a desktop.

There are both collections & a la carte options.

We do not set minimum orders for our school portrait program. All a la carte products are found under the Individual Products tab inside your online galleries.

Digital Download Purchases are non-refundable.

You can purchase individual portrait downloads of your student or the entire gallery of one student through your online gallery. Due to the nature of these digital print products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please note that the “all digital downloads” of one student applies to one unique student gallery.

All downloads come with personal reprint release for you to print products elsewhere. Digital downloads are a great option if you are wanting to store your images for your own personal archiving.

 FAQs

  • All ordering takes place online. Parents are linked to unique password-protected online ordering galleries. Each child will be provided 2-5 images, presented in both color and black and white. The family may choose the photos they want printed, as opposed to having a pose chosen for them. We also provide product choices such as digital images for future printing and archiving. Prints are delivered directly to the school within two weeks of their orders.

  • We offer a variety of collections and a-la-carte products to fit everyone's needs.

    There is no minimum order requirement and, since all orders are placed after viewing their student’s photographs, parents are allowed to choose both how much they order and if they want to order.

  • The amount of images can vary per child. We aim to provide galleries with at least 4 images per child to choose from. Each child has a unique personality and yields different results. Some children really love the camera, while others are a little more reserved.

  • My goal is to capture the authentic personality of the children I photograph, on the day. Each child is unique, and sometimes children are simply not in the mood to smile. I do my best to photograph different expressions, but can not guarantee that your child will smile. I never use the word "cheese" and don't try to force children to do anything they are uncomfortable with.

  • Once the gallery is sent to you it will be open for print orders for 1 week as we will be doing a bulk order and delivering to the school - saving you on shipping costs!

    Digital files will be available to purchase until the gallery closes, after 4 weeks.

  • Yes! All digital images come with personal reprint release, meaning you can order prints via online stores or at your local print lab. You also have the option to order professional prints via your online gallery if you so choose.

  • Of course! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.
