YOUR PORTRAITS ARE READY!

First, do a little happy dance…

then, follow the steps below:

1) VIEW YOUR PHOTOS

Click the gallery button below to view and order your photos. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and the gallery password:

Gallery Password: ssms26

Once inside the gallery, select your child’s folder. Your child’s birthday in MMDD format is the password to their individual album.

For example, if your child’s birthday is February 14, your password will be 0214.

If your family has more than one child, you’ll also find a sibling folder at the bottom of the gallery. The password for the sibling folder is your oldest child’s four-digit (MMDD) birth date.

2) PLACE YOUR ORDER BY SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11

Order by October 11 for the full package options + FREE school delivery!

During the initial ordering period, you’ll have access to the full collection of packages and products, including the Print + All Digital Images package.

There is no shipping charge during this ordering period. All print orders placed by October 9 will be delivered together to Little Steps for you to pick up at school.

Digital images are delivered directly to your email and are available to download shortly after purchase.

3) AFTER OCTOBER 11

Missed the initial ordering deadline? The gallery will remain open through November 15.

After October 11, print orders will be fulfilled and shipped directly to you by my professional photo lab. Shipping charges will apply, and the original Print + All Digital Images package will no longer be available.

Digital images will still be available to purchase through November 15.

A QUICK NOTE ABOUT CHECKOUT

Have more than one child? You can add photos from each child’s album to the same cart and check out just once.

Please double-check the email address used at checkout, as this is where your digital downloads and order information will be sent.

Using Apple Pay? Be sure the email address saved to your Apple Pay account is current, as that may be the email used for your digital delivery.

Ordering a class photo? Class photographs are available only during the initial ordering period and may be purchased as a 5×7 print through the separate Class Photo Gallery below. For student privacy, class photos are not available as digital images or in additional print sizes. Class photo orders cannot be accepted after the initial deadline.

HELPFUL TIPS FOR ORDERING

I recommend ordering on a computer vs. your phone.

You can 100% order photos from your phone while waiting in the school pickup line! However, if you’re ordering prints or want to look closely at the details of each image, I recommend viewing and ordering from a computer.

There are both packages & à la carte options.

There is no minimum order for school portraits. You can choose from one of the available packages or purchase individual prints and digital images à la carte.

Remember, the Print + All Digital Images package is only available during the initial ordering period through October 9.

Digital purchases are non-refundable.

You can purchase individual digital images or the full set of digital images from your child’s gallery.

Please note that an All Digital Images purchase applies to one individual child’s gallery only. If you have multiple children, each child’s gallery is considered a separate collection.

Because digital images are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

All purchased digital images include a personal print release, so you are welcome to save, share and print your images wherever you’d like.

 FAQs

  • All ordering takes place online through a private, password-protected gallery. Each child has their own individual album where families can view their portraits in both color and black & white and choose their favorites.

    Rather than having a pose selected for you, you get to choose the images and products you love most. Options include professional prints, digital images and packages.

  • There is no minimum order requirement. I offer a variety of packages and à la carte options so families can choose what works best for them.

    Since you’ll see your child’s portraits before placing an order, there is never an obligation to purchase.

  • The number of images varies from child to child, but I aim to provide at least 4 different images to choose from, presented in both color and black & white.

    Every child is different! Some kiddos love the camera right away, while others are a little more reserved. My priority on picture day is always making sure we capture a great individual portrait of each child. Because of this, the number of images may vary, and sibling photos may not always be possible.

    When time and cooperation allow, I’m always happy to capture additional expressions and sibling photos, but individual portraits come first.

  • Orders placed during the initial ordering period have no shipping fee and will be delivered directly to the school for pickup.

    After the initial ordering deadline, the gallery will remain open for late orders. Print orders placed during this time will be fulfilled by my professional photo lab and shipped directly to you. Shipping charges will apply.

  • Yes! All purchased digital images include a personal print release, which means you are welcome to print them wherever you’d like.

    You can also order professional-quality prints directly through your online gallery.

  • Digital images are delivered directly to the email address used when accessing and ordering from the gallery, usually shortly after purchase.

    Please double-check your email address, especially if using Apple Pay, to make sure your digital images are delivered to the correct inbox.

  • No! The watermark is included on the online preview for student privacy and will not appear on the final 5×7 print. Please make sure you select the correct classroom before placing your order.

  • Unfortunately, no. Class photos are self-fulfilled separately and are only available during the initial ordering period. Please place your class photo order before the deadline listed above.
